Refund and Returns Policy

Return window

Unused, uninstalled door closers in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, less original shipping costs.

How to start a return

Email contact@commercial-door-closer.com with your order number to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Orders placed through Amazon should be returned through Amazon's return process.

Non-returnable items

Because door closers are precision hydraulic hardware, units that have been installed, adjusted beyond factory settings, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Warranty claims

If your door closer arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us for a warranty replacement rather than a standard return; as the manufacturer, O&F Associates, LLC handles DRIWON warranty claims directly.
